All participants undergo an extensive Informed Consent process through the Patron Portal which is a private data facility. All Personal Health Information (PHI) for the Patron Portal will be ethically collected and protected. All registrants have the opportunity to review and sign consent forms before meeting with their HPx Practitioner. All Non-PHI is available to FHCi for research purposes.
