This is to determine your Health Status as it pertains to the HPx Program’s objectives prior to commencing this HPx Program. This content will be compared to your Health Status upon completion of the HPx Program entered in your Exit Interview.

It is normal and possible that a person has mild, short-lived immunological responses to a remedy taken. This information is to be entered in the dosing table. A response indicates the process of immunization to that specific disease. The gathering of these responses verifies the clinical indications of these remedies for use in homeopathic practice.

After timely completion of your HPx Program this Exit Interview is to determine your health outcome. While HPx is not intended to “cure”, it is however, expected that your overall health will improve.

Once you have completed all steps of an HPx Program your HPx Practitioner signs off on the dosing table and allows for Downloading the final certificate. A Practitioner’s sign-off qualifies the registrant for a $100 rebate.
This is a printable certificate stating that you have undergone an HPx Program. It will show the name and date of birth of the participant, and infectious diseases and dosing dates covered by that HPx Program.
